Tom Cox

Web Athlete

Tom has extensive experience in IT and knows no boundaries when it comes to creating fresh ideas using the latest technologies available. Originally from an IT training background which has given him a very diverse portfolio of skills, he has worked in around small and large companies such as LearnDirect and the University for Industry.

Tom became very involved in computer programming in multiple languages and has developed the content management and ecommerce systems which sit behind all of dCODA’s websites allowing clients without any prior knowledge of website programming to manage their own websites.


Andy Oakey

Design Demon

Andy has 20 years of experience in creative design, visualisation, illustration, concept art, packaging design and branding. As a computer geek from the ZX81 generation he found it no problem to move into designing websites as soon as it was technically possible. As well as working in HTML, CSS and Flash, Andy is a custom WordPress theme developer.


Phillip Lynas

1337 Designer

Growing up in a computer era, Phil has gained an extensive knowledge in IT. After studying Business Studies and Economics in Sixth Form Phil moved on to a Microsoft IT Academy where he gained a Microsoft Technology Associate in Windows Operating Systems. From this, Phil moved on to a BTEC Level 3 in software design and studied all things IT from Software Design and OO Programming to Graphics Design. He is also a custom to designing in Photoshop, Illustrator and other bespoke graphics programs to create new interesting graphical effects.


Richard Rose

Web Designer (Plus exceptional coffee maker!)

Richard has a broad range of IT Skills and is very quick to diversify these skills into areas that are assigned to him.


Paul Butt

Web Designer / Graphic Designer

Paul has a First Class Honours Degree in Graphic Design from Cambridge School of Art. He is highly experienced in XHTML + CSS and fluent in Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign and Flash. Paul has recently had work commissioned for ‘Wired’ magazine in the UK and Italy, and for HP in America. For DCODA, Paul has designed sites such as MAGNA Science Adventure Centre, The Academy of Medical Sciences, 76 Portland Place and the Garrison Hotel.
